Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the U.S. territory (exception may apply), including subscriptions and one-time purchase orders (this excludes taxes, promo codes, and reward codes). We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Usually, orders are fulfilled and shipped out the next business day, between Monday through Friday.

Orders with standard shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days from the time it ships to arrive at its final destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email when your product has shipped.

We ship only within the US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

RETURNS

Important: Please be informed that for any refund or exchange, the items must be returned unopened in the original packaging. We hold the right to refuse any refund or exchange upon inspection if we find the items to be ineligible for refund, washed or used. All shipping charges are to be incurred by the customer for any refund or exchange without the case of free return. For refunds, full shipping cost of the original order will be deducted from the refund amount. 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email at livlit@mylivlit.com within 15 days from the date of your purchase. Our customer service team will assist you as quick as possible.

* LIVLIT does not accept partial returns for Value Packs, Sets, Gift Sets, or Bundles. 

If you receive a damaged item, please email livlit@mylivlit.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we will be more than happy to help resolve the issue for you. Please check our refund policy.
